  1. If exercising increases the heartbeat, we will reach the finite number faster, thereby reducing time to achieve our quotas. By this logic, we should be lazing to keep the heartbeat regular. LOL.

    1. Good try, Windy dear LOL
But I don’t think that’s how it works.
Exercise quickens the heart – true. Then, the heartbeats slooow down.
I suppose that’s how cool customers prolong their lives and hot tempered ones expire fast.
Ooops! I better cool down too 🙂
      Cheers!

    1. Hello Shalilah,
Your sharing brought this to the fore: You faced death and with His help conquered it. And yes, such an experience is surely life changing.
      Happy for you.
      Peace,
      Eric

  2. So true, Eric. Makes me think of the many babies born into the world who have little chance to survive because of the effects poverty, warfare and natural disasters, some due to climate change.

    1. Hello Ina,
Yes, we wonder what God’s plan had been for those lives snuffed off so early.
      Peace,
      Eric

    1. Hello Ian,
Yes, many of us are on the home run. Let’s hope it’s a marathon and not a 100 metres dash 🙂
      Cheers!
