The contributions were over-whelming, so many variations. Simply enjoyable just to read all. Fantastic ideas borne out of an innocent object like a bedpost. This fiction gallery is a super idea, thank you. Especially for me who is a non-blogger, I’m so happy I get to “tompang” (ride on)…heh..heh..

I sure will try Mr. Alagan. I just did right now. It comes when it has to but mostly low life rarely good enough for you to be impressed. Feel free to discard this one or in future. I’ll try my best as I said.
The bedpost moans in vain
After the master steps out for the day
the cable guy walks in
for another round of play
the lady never lets them rest
Arjun

Some very nice ones. I like the one about shooting the bedpost. Maybe next time I’ll think of one to contribute.

I loved your 33 words Eric. That would have been me. lol.
Here is what I came up with.
Bedpost
His walking out taking everything hurt. Thinking of his reaction when he saw it kept her smiling. Using the saw was actually fun and keeping one bedpost from his Antique bed, priceless.
Hello Linda,
Thank you for both your visit and compliments.
Reading your bedpost, wished you had come in earlier. Great one. Hope you can write one based on Thursday’s prompt 🙂
All good wishes, Eric
Quite a collection. I enjoyed them all – such variety. A hoot!
Thank-you
Jane

Cheers, Eric
