Why spend so much to study and not practice law. For customised justlce, any civil servants could read by the book. Are we lawfully judged. If this is what we get in a developed country, did we progress or regress.,
Yep, with my nephew’s present entanglement with the US courts I see waste & inefficiency at every hearing – and his cases are alleged theft of $800 and alleged assault with bodily injury (he hit his sister, it didn’t require a doctor’s visit or result in unattractive bruising)
I hate to think what it must be like when a ‘real’ crime is reviewed!
The legal cogs are too numerous and need oiling..
