First flower I thought of was bottlebrush. In India, bottlebrush plants/trees are grown in gardens. Their leaves have a lovely fragrance which gets released on crushing the leaves with hands. Whether physically or metaphorically – get the brush so the lovely scent will trail along.
If thorns exist not then no rose would be valued…
I guess this is life’s irony; what matters is that we keep walking no matter what..
