We read and hear much about the ills of our world – affecting both our corporeal and ethereal lives. Interestingly we, collectively, have all the answers…
This applies to individuals as well as institutions – whether government, religious, educational or business…just because you do not know or cannot remember, does not mean no one does.

Act now and save the earth…
go people !!!!
Yes, Eric, although many speak the big talk very few have the courage to act on their words. An important message!
Dear Christy,
Thank you for your visit and comment.
Yes, many poke their fingers into the air as they puff and postulate…a lot of holes in the air…waiting to be filled!
Cheers, Eric

Congratulations on winning this recognition!
Thank you so very much for nominating me. I appreciate this very much and am glad that you enjoyed reading my posts.
Happy blogging, Eric
Often, Eric, we conveniently “forget” what we know to be the correct solution but one which would involved us raising our head above the trenches, so to speak.
Now that is an apt and graphically excellent observation. Special luv and hugz, Eric
intresting idea.. alot know but dont act, one quote i love is ‘the greatest sinner is he who was silent when the wrong was been done he is worse than a liar.
Wow! That is some quote…scary even.
Peace, Eric
With action comes accountability and some find forgetfulness simpler….love and hugs to you buddy x
Very true, dear Jane.
My mentor once told me – “Indian (he was a shoot-from-the-hip Virginian and I was his Tonto), show me an executive who never made a mistake and I’ll show ya a dickhead who never did a darn thing in his life, except make some poor girl pregnant!”
Luv and hugz,
Eric
P/s My apologies for the language.
I’ve just shot coffee over my keyboard I laughed so hard…sleep well lovely Eric x
Sage advise for certain!
Ah, Peter, I guess you already know that what I like is – I only said something that everyone already knows. The apple drops 🙂 Peace, Eric
Some may very well remember, but act as if they don’t. or like Johan van Oldenbarneveldt (+ 1619) said: “To know nothing is the best insurance”.
Love
Steph xx.
Dear Steph,
A thousand prophets, a thousand religions…
Luv and hugz,
Eric
what a true point… reminded me of this quote along the same lines… “To think is easy. To act is hard. But the hardest thing in the world is to act in accordance with your thinking.”
That’s nice – thanks for sharing.
Interesting idea. I think it is true.
Thank you Kilroy…
Most profound
Thank you Polly. Cheers, Eric
But the answers whether we know it or not, remember it or not, …
Can it be true? Is it not just a trick of the mind? To believe in some(things) that may be nothing more than an illusion. To believe what one wants to believe in order to keep some sort of sanity in our lives. Some sort of structure and understanding…
Haha, just a thought. But hey, I agree with you and was only kidding.
Not many act, not many care to remember, and not many have the courage to lead with the thought “we”.
🙂 We all kid sometimes…helps us to cope 🙂
Poets especially are some of the most incorrugible teasers, almost like children idly tossing pebbles…to see what flutters out!
